Pro tip for DXB
Dubai International is enormous. T1 to T3 is not connected airside in any practical way — the inter-terminal shuttle takes 20 to 30 minutes. Connecting Emirates passengers stay within T3; everyone else stays in T1 or T2. Plan lounge visits within your terminal only.
